Pad See Ew
Wide rice noodles charred in a scorching wok with Chinese broccoli, egg, and a glossy dark soy sauce. Cannabis-infused sesame oil introduces caryophyllene's peppery warmth to the smoky wok hei.

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cannabis-infused sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- White pepper
How to make it
- 1
Separate noodles gently (don't break them). Mix dark soy, light soy, oyster sauce, sugar.

Cooking tips
- Maximum heat is non-negotiable — wok hei only happens above 500°F.
- Fresh wide noodles from Asian markets are irreplaceable here.
- Add a splash of vinegar with chili flakes on the side, Thai-style.

Why this pairing works
Caryophyllene — in your strain and on your plate
The only terpene that also activates the body's CB2 receptors, caryophyllene brings warm, peppery depth. It loves bold, savory, spicy food—peppercorn steak, aged cheeses, curries.
