
Cannabis Lemon Pound Cake

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup regular butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- Zest of 3 lemons
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar + 2 tbsp lemon juice
